5 Steps you should take to protect you from germs and flu !!!

We all know that germs cause flu and some basic steps can be very useful in protecting against flu such as:
1. Wash your hands
Washing your hands is the first and foremost basic step in keeping flu and its symptoms at bay and maintaining hygiene. This becomes even more crucial when you have cold or cough or come in contact with someone who has.
2. Sanitize your hands
After using the bathroom and before eating, you must wash your hands properly or use alcohol-based liquid hand sanitizers, when hand washing is not possible.
3. Teach your kids
Kids are more susceptible to flu and other such disease and hence must be taught ways to keep them safe. Practices like covering the mouth with a handkerchief or tissue while sneezing or coughing, washing hands, not rubbing your nose and eyes after sneezing etc must be stressed upon.
4. Use the mask
With the rising pollution levels, protection against it is also important as it proves to be an irritant for our breathing system. You can use paper surgical masks, these are easily available and can be disposed easily after use. Put them on every time you step outside.
